What we do

One team, from trend research to the shipping container

Most garment sourcing agents start at the purchase order. We start earlier, with what to make, and stay until the goods and their launch imagery are ready.

01

Data-driven trend insights

Market, costing and supply research from Bangladesh, turned into a clear view of what to make and when.

See the research
02

Design & product development

Tech packs, fabric and trim selection, and design support, so a concept becomes a product a factory can cost and make.

03

Sourcing & merchandising

Matching your product to the right knitwear or woven factory, with transparent pricing and no hidden markup.

04

Sampling & approvals

Proto, fit and pre-production samples developed quickly, so specs are locked before bulk production begins.

05

Production follow-up

Line monitoring and time-and-action tracking that keep your order on schedule from cutting to packing.

06

Quality control

In-line and final AQL inspections at each stage, with a written report before goods leave the floor.

07

Compliance

We prioritise audited, ethical factories and help you verify social and environmental standards before you commit.

08

Shipment & logistics

Export documentation, freight coordination and dispatch by sea or air, with status visible throughout.

09

Commercial product shoots

Campaign and e-commerce photography produced in Dhaka, with photographer, models and styling arranged, so your product launches with its imagery ready.

How we protect your order

Your order moves forward only when you say so

Sourcing from another continent goes wrong when money and production run ahead of approvals. Every order we manage passes three checkpoints, in this sequence.

Checkpoint 01

Sample approval

Nothing goes into bulk until you have approved a physical sample. That approved sample becomes the standard every later check is measured against.

Checkpoint 02

Staged payments

You pay in stages tied to production milestones, agreed in writing before work starts. You are never asked to pay the full amount up front.

Checkpoint 03

QC sign-off before shipment

Every order is inspected against the approved sample and spec before it leaves the factory, and you receive the report. It ships once it is signed off.

Minimum order quantity

1,000 units to 100,000+. Scale with us.

Start with a run sized for where your brand is today. As you grow, the same team and the same factory network take you to six-figure volumes, so you never have to re-source to keep up with demand.

Evidence

Claims you can check

A fashion house is only as credible as the factories behind it. These are the standards those factories hold and the buyers they already produce for.

Standards held in our factory network

GRSGlobal Recycled StandardVerified recycled content, with chain of custody from fibre to finished garment.
RCSRecycled Claim StandardTracks recycled material through each stage of production.
HiggHigg IndexMeasured environmental and social performance at facility level.
ACCORD / RSCAccord and RMG Sustainability CouncilIndependent building, fire and electrical safety inspections.
BSCIamfori BSCISocial compliance audit covering wages, hours and working conditions.

Brands our partner factories already make for

BestsellerInditex

Our sweater partner factory is an approved supplier to both groups, two of the largest in European fashion. Their supplier audits are among the strictest in the industry.

Certificates and buyer approvals belong to the individual factories, not to ansco., and which ones apply depends on the factory matched to your order. Before you commit, we send you the current certificates for that factory.

Questions

What buyers ask us first

If yours is not here, write to hello@ansco.email.

What does a fashion house in Bangladesh do?

A fashion house is your sourcing office in Bangladesh. We find and vet the factory, negotiate price, manage sampling and production, inspect quality and arrange shipment. You deal with one accountable team instead of managing a factory from another time zone.

How is ansco. different from other garment sourcing agents in Bangladesh?

Most garment sourcing agents begin at the purchase order. We also cover the steps before and after it: trend research, design and product development, and commercial product shoots. We work directly with factory owners, and our pricing is transparent.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Orders start at 1,000 units. That makes us a low-MOQ route into garment manufacturing in Bangladesh for growing and D2C brands, and the same factory network scales past 100,000 units as you grow.

Do you offer private label apparel manufacturing?

Yes. Garments are made to your design and specification by our partner factories in Bangladesh and finished under your brand, with your labels, tags and packaging. If you do not have a tech pack yet, we can build one with you.

How are payments and quality handled?

Bulk production starts only after you approve a physical sample. Payment is staged against milestones agreed in writing, and every order is inspected and signed off before it ships.

Which products do you source?

Knitwear is our core: T-shirts, polo shirts, tank tops and jackets. We are expanding into wovens such as shirts and trousers through new factory partnerships.
